Refund policy

All of our tours are non refundable.

Unless there are certain circumstances that allow us to refund you. You should never assume you can get a refund for a tour purchased from us. You should always assume that once you have purchased a tour from us, that it is non refundable.

Our no refund policy is because when you book, a large number of things start happening, from booking flights, to organising food, activities, drinks, rental agreements, accommodation, boats etc. These things take time and money to book.

If you are concerned about getting a refund, please ask us.

Another thing to keep in mind is travel insurance. DO NOT rely on anyone else's insurance, including ours, to cover your expenses in Papua New Guinea. Make sure you have insurance that will cover you in all eventualities. You should not assume that our insurance covers you or the people travelling with you when you are on a tour with us. Getting insurance coverage to pay out in western nations can be a challenge, getting insurance to pay out in Papua New Guinea is unlikely. This is why it is IMPERATIVE that you get your own travel insurance and make sure it covers you for all eventualities on your tour.
